StoneGate will construct and maintain over 8 miles of trails and 50 acres of public parks. The City of Reno has no responsibility for buying land, constructing or maintaining these lands, however, the parks and open space are open to everyone.
On September 20, 2017, the Reno Planning Commission recommended approval of the StoneGate Master Plan Amendment and found the project was in substantial conformance with the Reno Master Plan.

The home prices in StoneGate are anticipated to begin in the high $200’s. Based on average wage data provided by DETR, a two-person household would have a combined income to purchase a $346,192 house, making our homes affordable for the residents who live out there.
