We provides life skills, and personal one one one encouragement by certified adult volunteer mentors. Mentors committ for 1 year of mentoring.
We recruit train and support caring adults to spend at least one hour a week with a matched youth. We provide background checks and training at no cost. We strongly recommend bringing youth to free life skills events and group social out
ings.

The organization serves the Reno/Sparks region and encourages independent living skills for teens. We welcome volunteers with varying interests who are willing to share their knowledge to help our climbers go higher in life.
