The past weekend we held our monthly Pop-Up Pantry! With the help of Cornerstone Community Church and South Reno Baptist Church we were able to pass out groceries for 575 people!
We love this community!

Our next Pop-Up Pantry will be June 27th at Journey Church from 10:00am-12:00pm.

On Sunday, May 31st, the Reno-Sparks Gospel Mission and Journey Church witnessed the baptisms of 6 people. I was an amazing celebration of God working in the lives of so many here at the Mission and Journey Church.

Thrift Depot would like to wish everyone a happy and safe Memorial Day weekend.
We have the freedoms we do because of those who gave everything.

Our stores will be open on Monday until 4:00pm, and will be running specials all weekend.

Our April Pop-Up Pantry was amazing!
Thanks to Legacy Christian Church Reno and the Truckee Meadows Community College EMTs, we were able to pass out every single bag and provide food for 795 people!
We are so grateful for this community and the opportunity to serve it❤️

Our next Pop-Up Pantry event is set for Saturday, May 30th at Journey Church from 10:00am-12:00pm.

⚠️ Community Plea⚠️
We estimate we’ll need about 15,000 to 20,000, 12-24 oz. bottles of water to help the hundreds of men, women, and children seeking relief from the heat this coming season.
The Mission is asking for any quantity of 12-24 oz. non-flavored bottled water to distribute to those in need.
Donations can be dropped off directly at the Mission at 355 Record St. or our warehouse at
2115 Timber Way, Reno 89512.
For large quantities, please call 775-323-7999 to arrange for a Mission truck to pick up.
