Washoe County Regional Park starts at a covered bridge leading to Nevada's ranching heritage! in south Reno. The park is also home to the Robert Z.
Bartley Ranch is located just off of Lakeside Drive, south of McCarran Blvd. This 56 acre park contains scenic pastures, walking trails, reservable group picnic areas, a regulation size horse arena and warm-up arena, the Western Heritage Interpretive Center, the Historic Huffaker School as well as various historical ranch buildings and equipment. The Sierra-Nevada Autumn Photo Exhibit at Bartley Ranch returns tomorrow and will be open each day throughout October from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Please come by to see the beautiful photographs taken by our community and also check out the permanent art exhibits in the Western Heritage Interpretive Centers. We will also offer some evening hours on select days, to be announced soon.

Bartley Ranch Regional Park is pleased to announce the return of the Sierra-Nevada Autumn Photo Exhibit. We invite all our community to enter your favorite fall photo of Nevada and the Sierra; your entry will be shared with thousands of visitors to the exhibit.
Photographs will be on display in the park’s Western Heritage Interpretive Center throughout October. The exhibit is free to the public and will be open daily from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Visitors will be asked to vote for a People’s Choice Award and all participating photographers will be asked to vote for an Artist’s Choice Award.
There is no entry fee. Participants are asked to submit no more than two framed and ready to hang photos that express views of autumn throughout Nevada and the Sierra.

When: Exhibit display from Oct. 1-31, 2025

Details: No cost to enter, limit two ready-to-hang photos per person.
