Today at Milestone Rhinelander along with Compassus we educated our group on Healthy Snacks and eating Healthy. We provided healthy snacks to make a trail mix that included dry roasted nuts, raisons, cranberries, sunflower seeds, dried fruit, M & M's (for sweetness) and pretzels (for crunch). The group had some great questions and conversations and everyone made a bag of trail mix. Thank you for attending our Education today! 🎉 Happy Birthday to our Executive Director, Brandon! 🎂

Today, we took a moment to celebrate someone who works hard every day to bring our team together and help make sure Milestone runs smoothly. Brandon goes above and beyond to support each department, listen to his team, and make sure our residents, families, and staff have what they need. His leadership, dedication, and willingness to step in wherever he is needed do not go unnoticed. We are truly grateful for everything he does for our community! ❤️

Of course, we couldn’t let his birthday go by without adding a little humor! 😂 Since Brandon is known for being a jokester and keeping everyone laughing, we surprised him with a birthday cake featuring his face along with a few memes that we felt perfectly captured his personality. Needless to say, there were plenty of laughs!

During lunch, we gathered together to wish Brandon a HAPPY BIRTHDAY, sing to him, and celebrate all that he does for our Milestone family. 🎶🎈

And because celebrations are always better when everyone gets to enjoy them, the birthday cake will be shared with both our residents and staff! 🍰❤️

🎃👻 Halloween Movie Marathon Tuesday! 👻🎃

Yesterday, we kicked off our Halloween movie marathon with a classic—Hocus Pocus! 🧙‍♀️✨ Our residents cozied up, enjoyed some delicious popcorn 🍿, and had a spooktacular time watching the Sanderson Sisters bring some Halloween magic to the screen!

Yesterday, we REALLY got into Chair Yoga! 🪑🧘‍♀️💪 Our residents brought their energy, smiles, and enthusiasm as we stretched, moved, and worked those muscles—all while having a great time together! ❤️

There was plenty of laughter, encouragement, and positive energy throughout the room. We’re loving the way everyone continues to show up, get moving, and have fun! 🌟👏

🍂🍁 Fall is in the air! 🍁🍂

Today we enjoyed a beautiful resident outing as we took a peaceful walk down the road from Milestone and soaked in all the beauty that autumn has to offer. The colorful trees, crisp air, and leaves gently falling around us made for the perfect fall afternoon. 🍃🧡

There’s something so special about slowing down, enjoying the fresh air, sharing a few laughs, and taking in the simple beauty right outside our doors. We’re so thankful for these moments and the memories we get to make together! 🍂😊
