We want to take the time today to remember the heroes and victims of 9/11. Those who knew they wouldn’t come out but chose to go anyway. True servants acting on what they signed up to do. May God be with the families, friends, and all first responders that were involved.

Reminder of Rocky Mtn Jamboree starting Monday the 14th and going until Friday 15th. Please be aware of drivers on their ATV's & UTV's out on the road. Thanks for all your support. Light parade is Monday September 14th at 8:00 pm down Richfield Main St.

Rocky Mountain power is advising of a power outage for 2100 customers in the Richfield area. Starting at 10:00 pm Thursday evening and could last for 8 hours. Please prepare now and be ready just in case you are one of those 2100 customers! Please watch out for those who may need assistance!

We had a great night with the Sevier County 4-H Teen Council at their 9/11 day! They supplied and donated wellness bags for first responders, hygiene kits for those in need, and children bags with a toy and goodies for children we encounter! They were able to do this with the assistance from a grant from Americorp! I was very impressed with these young people and the quality of people they are! It definitely renews my faith in the future leaders of our county!

Sevier, Piute, and Wayne Counties public alert system. Everbridge is an opt in alert system. Very easy to sign up and register. You can also sign up your elderly parents and also your children for alerts. Any emergency notices will come from this system. If you want to be notified scan the google QR code and it will take you to the sign up page.
