Thank YOU, RCS Moving & Storage, for hosting us and making Travis feel so welcome and celebrated! 💙

From the “Welcome Travis!” banner to the warm crowd that came out to hear his story, your team made it a day he won’t forget. We’re also so grateful for everything you do behind the scenes, from helping with event logistics and keeping us organized to showing up as volunteers.

Partners like you help our athletes shine, on and off the podium!

Fall Feet Meet season is here! For many student-athletes, these school-based meets are their first experience with Special Olympics Virginia, and the start of something that can last a lifetime.

Great to see the Roanoke Valley turn out at William Fleming High School. Thanks for the coverage, WSLS 10 / WSLS.com📺

Volunteers are essential to Special Olympics Virginia. They help create opportunities for athletes to challenge themselves, build confidence and show what they can do when given the chance.

For more than 40 years, Marty Block has helped make that possible. Through his work as a coach, professor and advocate for inclusive sports, Marty has impacted generations of Special Olympics athletes and University of Virginia students, helping more people understand the value of inclusion through sport.

Every girl deserves the opportunity and support to succeed in sports! 💪

A big thank you to the Goochland High School cheer team for coaching our athletes at this weekend’s cheer clinic and to Bras for Girls Org for donating 40 sports bras to support our female athletes.

Supporting women and girls in sports means more than opening doors. It means recognizing their needs, removing barriers and making sure they have the resources to succeed.

You don’t exactly get many chances to pull a 757.

But when you do, you pull it for Special Olympics Virginia. ✈️

Today, 15 teams pulled a FedEx 757 at Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport and raised more than $78,000 for our athletes.

Congrats to Team Sheetz for the fastest pull! 🏆

Thank you to Star Flight Training, Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport and FedEx for making it all possible.
