If a loved one is struggling with maternal mental health, your support and encouragement can go a long way. Perinatal and postpartum depression can be extremely isolating, and many people experiencing it don't get the help they need. It doesn't have to be that way.

What a great day to participate in Senior Day in the Park! Caroline Best, RHHD Community Coordinator, was joined by two of our VDH Internship Academy interns, Catherine and Lucia.

This team distributed resources relating to nutrition, exercise, and monitoring blood pressure. It was an awesome opportunity to connect seniors in our community with public health resources.
