I ran across this post and learned this shot was in a 1950 movie called "The Asphalt Jungle".
It was either taken from the overlook or more than likely taken from the first big bridge. It continues on into Lexington on Old Richmond Rd.
Thanks to the original poster and the one who enhanced the photo, I would have never known about this.

Please come out and support our friend John!

We are organizing a poker run to help our good friend John Nixon on Sunday August 23rd. He was involved in a terrible motorcycle accident recently and is in the hospital fighting hard!

I'll open the shop at 9 a.m. and we will roll out at noon.
Free drinks and snacks will be available.
Motorcycles AND Hot Rods.
$10 per hand. Buy as many as you want.
We will have 50/50 tickets available.

Our final stop will be at Champions Bar & Grill 40475 where they are hosting a benefit for John, starting at 3 p.m. There will be several bands and auction items.
