A big "Thank you!" to our members for coming out to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with all of us here at the CC.
It was wonderful to see everyone enjoy their evening, from the themed strawberry, mango and ginger margherita, to the live trumpet and saxophone music, and of course the superb dulce de leche cake later on in the evening. We were particularly excited to show off Chef Mariela's guacamole making skills!
