At OSIG, we know how serious of a job law enforcement is; so we take it seriously. Our agents are held to the highest standards of field training, ethics, professionalism, and procedural best practices. We are currently the only Inspector General agency in the country with dual accreditation at a national and state level. Virginians deserve the best, and we work to provide that. C.A.L.E.A.

Due to extremely hazardous road conditions, the entirety of Skyline Drive remains closed.
While hiking in from the boundary is permitted, please make sure to plan accordingly. Many of our trails are snowy and icy, so some sort of traction device on your shoes is recommended. We are also expecting extreme cold temperatures, with highs remaining below freezing, and wind chills well below zero. The best way to hike in conditions like this is to bring multiple layers, so that you can adjust how much warmth you need as you go.
