Today we honor Juneteenth—the day freedom was finally realized for enslaved African Americans more than two years after emancipation was declared.
As we celebrate freedom, we also recognize the work that remains to ensure opportunity, dignity, and justice for all. At OAR, we believe in second chances, human potential, and creating pathways for individuals returning from incarceration to thrive in our community.
