We're a civic association in the Northside of Richmond, Virginia that's dedicated to fostering a great community in the Battery Park neighborhood.
BPCA works to connect residents through social events, communication and committees dedicating to improving our neighborhood. We have over 700 family homes that surround the historic Battery Park. The park itself has many amenities; Tennis Courts (made famous by Arthur Ashe), Basketball Courts, 2 playgrounds, fields, picnic areas, meeting house, and beautiful gardens throughout.
