City of Riesel Water Department has several ways for you to pay your monthly water bill! When paying through any of these services, it is imperative that you are using your correct account number, the name that the account is in, as well as what water supply company (WSC) that you are paying to ensure payment is posted to the correct account.

Water bills are due on the 15th of the month.

Due to ongoing dry conditions and increased wildfire risk, the McLennan County Commissioners Court has issued an Order Prohibiting Outdoor Burning in all unincorporated areas of McLennan County.

This burn ban is effective immediately and will remain in place for up to 90 days, unless lifted earlier by the County Judge or Commissioners Court.

Failure to comply with the burn ban is a Class C misdemeanor and may result in fines.

Let’s all do our part to prevent wildfires and keep our community safe.

For safety and emergency reasons, and especially for first responders and utility workers, we have been asked to remind you that the City of Riesel requires all homes and businesses to have their street address numbers posted on the front of the home or business in numbers that are at least 4 inches high. Please make sure the numbers are facing the street that is part of the actual address and that they are NOT facing the side street.

All customers receiving water and/or sewer service from the City shall affix to their residence or
business the street number of their address at a place that can be seen from the street which is
part of the street address. The numbers shall be at least 4 inches high. New customers must
have the numbers in place before service is begun.

Just wanted to brag on our community. I went out early Sunday morning to clean the park after our 4th in the Park event and there was NO trash left anywhere by the community 😍 Y'all are the perfect guests 🙏🏽❤️

Last night was one for the books. ❤️🤍💙

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate America's 250th birthday with us at our very first Family 4th in the Park. Seeing so many families laughing, playing, visiting with neighbors, and making memories together was exactly what we had hoped for.

Events like this don't happen without a team of people working behind the scenes. A huge thank you to our Mayor, City Council, city employees, volunteers, vendors, and everyone who gave their time and energy to make the evening such a success. Your willingness to pitch in is what made this event possible.

And to our community... thank you for showing up. Thank you for supporting local events, bringing your families, and helping create the kind of hometown atmosphere that makes Riesel such a special place to call home.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for celebrating with us. We hope you made memories that will last for years to come, and we can't wait to do it again.
