Canning season is winding down, and the quilt shop-hop is too! Come join Extension as we are offering two amazing opportunities this week. Wednesday is also the last day to register for the two-day sewing workshop at the Bonneville County Fairgrounds in Idaho Falls. Rigby Fair Families!

Master Food Preservers will be teaching a Hands-On Apple Pie Filling & Corn Relish class. Both products will be taught in the same class, pick your day! Wednesdays Sept 16th at the Bonneville County Extension Office, or Sept 23rd at the Jefferson County Extension Office. Come and learn how to preserve these acidified products in your boiling water bath canner!
