Start Smart Learning Center is commissioned by Bright from the Start Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. We have been open since September 2008 and are located just off Highway 21 in Rincon, GA. Both directors/owners hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education obtained through Armstrong Atlantic State University. Start Smart Learning Center is a family owned and operated business ran by a mother/daughter team whom both has a passion for education. Our facility serves children from newborn up to twelve years old, and we are dedicated to ensuring the best education, safety, and well-being of your child. Our center has gone through the rigorous process of becoming Quality Rated and is happy to say we achieved the honorable title of being a Quality Rated childcare center. This was a long process and required a lot of work, but we felt that taking the level of education and care at our center above and beyond is of utmost importance.

As Start Smart Learning Center begins an exciting new chapter, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible foundation Jeanne has built over the years. Her dedication, love, and commitment to the children and families of Start Smart have shaped this center into the special place it is today. While we look forward to the future, we remain committed to preserving the values, love, and family-centered atmosphere that Jeanne worked so hard to create. Her legacy will always be part of the heart of Start Smart.

With that, we are so excited to introduce our new Director!
