HIGHWAY 21: LET'S MOVE FORWARD, RINCON!

Traffic on Highway 21 affects all of us, and now is your opportunity to be part of the conversation about its future!

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is hosting a Public Information Meeting to share proposed widening and traffic improvements along Highway 21, from south of SR 30 to north of McCall Road.

Thursday, November 12, 2026
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Macomber Park Building | Rincon, GA

The City of Rincon is working alongside Effingham County, GDOT, Senator Jon Burns, and Representative Bill Hitchens to advocate for solutions that improve traffic flow, enhance safety, and support our growing community.

YOUR VOICE MATTERS!

We encourage residents, commuters, and business owners to attend, review the proposed plans, ask questions, and share their feedback directly with GDOT representatives.

Help shape the future of Highway 21! Mark your calendar, share this post, and encourage your neighbors to attend.

Rincon is listening. Let's keep moving forward, together!
