🦁💙 LIONS IN ACTION AT IRONMAN CHATTANOOGA! 💛🚴
What an incredible day of service!
Our Lions Club was proud to volunteer with other clubs in our district at IRONMAN Chattanooga, where we operated a Bike Aid Station and helped keep athletes fueled, hydrated, and encouraged along the course. 🚴‍♀️💦👏
Even better, our day of volunteering helped us raise money for the Georgia Lions Camp in Waycross, Georgia, a nonprofit recreational facility that provides opportunities and experiences for people of all ages living with visual impairments. 🦁❤️
And our service didn’t stop when the race ended! We were happy to donate our leftover supplies to the Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe Marching Band. 🎺🥁
One day. One community. So many ways to serve!
A HUGE thank you to all of our Lions and volunteers who gave their time, energy, and enthusiasm to make the day a success. Special thanks to the East Cobb, Canton, Alpharetta and Atlanta Lions clubs for joining the Boynton club in showing a strong District 18L presence.
💙 Serving athletes.
💛 Supporting the Georgia Lions Camp.
🎺 Giving back to local students.
🦁 Making a difference in our community.
Where there’s a need, there’s a Lion. WE SERVE!

Seven of our club members were excited to conduct approximately 80 eye exams as we participated in the annual Catoosa County Kids Day At The Colonnade with the Catoosa Family Collaborative. We passed out hundreds of Lions coloring pages and our happy Lions mascot gave out hundreds of free hugs.
