🚒❤️ FIREFIGHTER SPOTLIGHT ❤️🚒

The Fire & Grace Initiative is excited to introduce our very first Firefighter Spotlight — Matt Neal! 🚒❤️

🔥 Department: Rio Grande Fire Department
🚒 Rank/Position: Fire Chief (6 years)
⏱️ Years of Service: 16 years

Matt became a volunteer firefighter because he wanted to serve and help his community. Over the past 16 years, he has dedicated countless hours to serving and protecting our community, all while balancing life outside of the fire department.
Outside of the firehouse, Matt is a loving husband to his wife, Abby, and a proud father to his two sons, Lane and Lucas, who have followed in their dad’s footsteps and also serve as volunteer firefighters with the Rio Grande Fire Department. ❤️🚒

And one fun fact you might not know about Matt? He’s been known to break it down on the dance floor every once in a while! 😂🕺

Fire & Grace is proud to recognize Matt and say thank you for the time, dedication, and heart he gives to our community.

❤️ A Special Thank You
Since Matt is our very first Firefighter Spotlight, I also want to take this opportunity to personally thank him for his support and cooperation as we work to bring the very first Fire & Grace Pageant to life.

From the beginning, Matt and the Rio Grande Fire Department have been willing to partner with the Fire & Grace Initiative and allow us the opportunity to create this pageant as a fundraiser benefiting the department. Getting a brand-new fundraiser like this off the ground takes the support and cooperation of others, and without Matt and the Rio Grande Fire Department being willing to work alongside us, we wouldn't be able to make this pageant fundraiser possible.

Thank you, Matt, for being willing to partner with us, for welcoming our future Fire & Grace Royalty into department and community events, and most importantly, for the 16 years you have dedicated to serving the Rio Grande community. We are so grateful to have the Rio Grande Fire Department as part of the beginning of Fire & Grace, and I can't wait to see what we are able to accomplish together! ❤️🚒👑

Please help us show Matt some appreciation in the comments and thank him for everything he does! ❤️🚒

Congratulations, Matt, on being our very first Fire & Grace Firefighter Spotlight! 🎉🚒
