We are proud to recognize Dr. Patrick Chapman, CEO of Tippah County Hospital, for receiving the Legacy Leadership Award from the American Hospital Association (AHA).

Dr. Chapman was presented with this honor during the Rural Hospital Alliance of Mississippi’s annual two-day conference, held in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The alliance represents 41 rural Mississippi hospitals with 50 beds or fewer, bringing healthcare leaders together to discuss shared challenges and opportunities facing rural healthcare.

This recognition also marks a significant milestone for Tippah County Hospital as we celebrate 50 years of membership with the American Hospital Association.

Tippah County Seniors — Senior Day is almost here!

Join us October 9, 2026, from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM at the Fred & Elizabeth Smith Sportsplex Building.

We’ll have more than 25 community vendors available to share information about health-related services, along with flu shots, free BBQ plates, live entertainment by local band MissOssippi, and door prizes!

We hope you’ll join us for a fun and informative Senior Day celebrating the seniors in our community!
