📢 Victory Village at Jurupa Valley — Construction Updates 🚧
Exciting progress continues at Victory Village at Jurupa Valley as we prepare to build 26 homes for qualified Veterans and their families. 🏘️

Recent construction milestones include:
• All 26 lots have been graded
• Sewer line installation is complete
• Water line installation for each lot is being finalized this week
• Most perimeter walls will be completed over the next few weeks
• Construction for the first two homes remains on schedule to begin in late July

Interested in applying? Here’s what you need to know.

To qualify, applicants must:

1️⃣ Be a U.S. Veteran with an Honorable Discharge (DD214)
2️⃣ Live or work in Riverside County
3️⃣ Be a first-time homebuyer or not have owned a home within the past 3 years
4️⃣ Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
5️⃣ Have satisfactory credit
6️⃣ Demonstrate the ability to pay a mortgage, down payment, and closing costs
