Our 2022 Holiday Open House at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa was a wonderful time with industry friends and colleagues. That evening it was announced that Dave Thomas of JB Bostick, Co will be the recipient of our 2022 Jack E. Wells Award and Doug Bohrer of US Financial Network and Sal Urena of Manufactured Home Sales of CA will be our 2022 Lifetime Achievement award winners. We look forward to celebrating them in March.

Our Wells Banquet was a great night of recognition as we celebrated 3 classes of award recipients.
After unfortunate cancellations due to Covid-19 we were finally able to celebrate all of our Jack E. Wells and Lifetime Achievement Award winners.
CMHI is honored to present each award to everyone in our 2019, 2020, and 2021 classes. These were well deserved!

2022 Annual Meeting was held on March 24th at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa

We were thrilled to have Leslie Gooch from Manufactured Housing Institute present for our membership. In addition, Mitch Baker and Matt Weise from California Department of Housing & Community Development joined us to bring us up to date with HCD activities.

Our 2021 Lifetime Achievement Recipient, Richard Simonian, was presented his award and honored at our luncheon. Congratulations, Richard, your contributions to the MH Industry are tremendous!

Our "Sip & Savor" Welcome Reception sponsored by Diamond Sponsors Triad Financial Services Inc. and Cavco Industries, Inc. (Arizona, West, Fleetwood Homes).

Our evening under the stars began with a glass of rosé pinot noir from Mersenne Wines then guests were surprised with the "wow-tainment" of magic by "The man in the purple suit", Jonathan Molo.

Our guest Sommelier, Paolo Wakham, with Classic Wines of California poured delicious custom picked wines and Bryan with Pacific Entertainment closed out the night with dancing.

On December 2, 2021 CMHI friends and members gathered for our annual holiday event. The holiday spirit was abundant for our Holiday Open House at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa. After a year of no in person events and what seemed like cancellation after cancellation, we were able to ring in the holiday season with one another. Guests were welcomed with tray passed champagne provided by our gracious company sponsors and everyone mingled the night away catching up with old friends.

This years Jack E. Wells Awards Banquet honored Larz McAdoo, with Busch, Carr & McAdoo with the 2018 Jack E. Wells Award for all of his industry support.

Also honored was our 2018 Lifetime Achievement Award winners Bill Danforth with Cavco Industries and Craig Fleming with Silvercrest Homes.

The evening was full of glitz and glamour as we welcomed all our members, friends and family to celebrate the accomplishments of our 3 award recipients. The unofficial mascot of CMHI, Freak (Larz & Diane's fur baby), was also in attendance.

Our 2019 Annual Meeting was held on march 21, 2019 at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas, in Rancho Mirage, CA.

This year we welcomed back our friend Rick Robinson with MHI to give us a legislative update and answer any questions our members might have.
We also had guest speaker Jeremy Zimmerman with Brand Purpose, LLC, who gave a great presentation on brand perception and collaborative marketing.

We were honored to present three awards at our luncheon.

Retailer of the Year Award went to Santiago Sales, in Riverside, CA.

Presidents Award went to Tandra Grace with Santiago Sales, in Riverside, CA.

Chairman's Award went to Maria Horton with Newport Pacific Family of Companies.
