History, Sociology, & Global Studies Friends! The end of the year is in sight and we'd like to do something as a department to close out the year. The plan is to head out to Huntington Beach for the afternoon on Friday and have a beach cookout. I'd really like to get some sort of a head count to see if this works for everyone or if it's something that anyone would like to do. Please let me know ASAP, either by responding to this, emailing me ([email protected]), or texting me if you have my number.

Thanks!

-Brenda

The History Department is thinking of having a beach vespers on Friday, May 10. Anyone is welcome to join us for a cook out. We'll have hot dogs (real and veggie), corn, chips, salsa, and the ever important s'mores! Please let me know if this date works for anyone by sending an email to: [email protected] or shooting me a Facebook message (Brenda Schaffner).

We'd try to get out there as soon as we can (maybe around 1 p.m.) and stay until sunset and even a little bit afterwords, but please come and stay for as long as you'd like.

Thank you!
