The U.S. Department of State has issued an update on s*x markers in passports. Following a June 2025 Court Order, you can now select M, F, or X as your s*x marker. To apply for your preferred s*x marker, you’ll need to self-certify as a class member by completing an attestation. Find more info and the attestation form at travel.state.gov !
