William brings 28 years of law enforcement experience, along with extensive leadership in labor representation, organizational management, public safety, and regional collaboration.

His experience will complement RSA’s longstanding foundation of strong leadership and advocacy as we continue strengthening our organization and expanding the work we do on behalf of our members and their families.

We also honor the law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS and medical personnel, military members, search and rescue teams, and countless others who responded and served with extraordinary courage and selflessness.

Retiree CCW HR-218 Qualifications are back this fall! 🎯

Join us on Thursday, October 15th at the Ben Clark Public Safety Training Center for our annual retiree qualification event, followed by lunch courtesy of RSA's Rollin' Smokehouse & Chow Shack.

Please include "Retiree CCW HR-218 Qualifications" in the subject line of your RSVP email to help us process registrations efficiently.

We're also excited to announce that, beginning in 2027, RSA will partner with the Riverside Sheriff's Office to offer two retiree qualification events each year:
🍂 Fall – Ben Clark Public Safety Training Center (Riverside)
🌴 Spring – Lake Cahuilla Veterans Regional Park (La Quinta)

This new schedule will help make qualifications more accessible for retirees throughout Riverside County.
