Please be my eyes.. My Mom Cloudia Leslie Wells is Missing and living homeless. My mom suffers mental health issues. The last time I seen her beautiful face was Christmas of 1994. Miraculously the LA Times snapped a photo of my mom living homeless on the streets of Santa Monica, California in Jan 2013. That photo found me thousands of miles away a little over a year ago in my hometown in illinois. I have been to California several times searching our homeless communities with no luck. God gave me an eye opening experience into life on the streets. The first time I was on Skid Row in Feb 2015 I realized very quickly that alot of our Missing who suffer some type of mental health issues are infact living homeless. After going to California the first time I came home and started a foundation called Missing & Homeless. I started bringing awareness to families that were looking for their loved ones who suffered mental health issues. To my surprise God had his hands all over this and our homeless who were lost started being found all across the United states. God wasn't done and I needed to do more. So I started a street outreach in St louis with a bunch of friends. We feed, clothe, show compassion and love out on the streets every week. The last time I was in California was earlier this spring. I decided I was going to serve on skid row with some friends I have met during my searches. God showed up and showed out We served over 1000 lunches on Skid Row and now I have a secound outreach in LA that serves every month in Gladys park. I have to be out on the streets helping those in need and I pray wherever my mom is someone is doing the same for her. Miracles are happening thru Missing & Homeless and even our street outreach. Our homeless have been also asking us to help find their families and we are. But for some reason I just can't find my own mom. Please be kind to our homeless. Look them on the eye. Offer them something to eat and drink. Show compassion. It just might be my mom your helping♡

This will be a sad day for people that are already broken and forgotten. We should be fighting for the weak not trying to push them out. Please pray we all will have the drive and courage to take a stand against this ban. for it says in the Bible
Psalm 82:3New King James Version (NKJV)
3 Defend the poor and fatherless;
Do justice to the afflicted and needy
Riverside will consider public camping ban City officials say they’re not targeting the homeless, but advocates argue some people have nowhere else to go.
