Steven Robillard was sworn into office to represent Ward 3 on the Riverside City Council on April 9, 2024.

A lifelong resident of Riverside and dedicated business owner, Councilmember Robillard brings a wealth of local knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit to his role. After graduating from Woodcrest Christian High School, Steven pursued higher education at Riverside City College and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UC Riverside. Armed with a strong academic foundation, he obtained a Realtor® license and embarked on a successful career in Real Estate. Steven's expertise in Land and Commercial Sales has solidified his reputation as one of Riverside's premier agents. Beyond his professional achievements, Steven is deeply committed to serving his community. In addition to his responsibilities as a City Councilmember, he serves as Chairman of the Economic Development Committee, Vice Chair of the Land Use Committee, and is an active member of various civic organizations, including the Western Riverside Council of Governments and the Riverside Model Deaf Community Committee. He also lends his expertise as a board member for the Urban Land Institute’s For Sale Housing Council – OC/IE and has previously contributed to the Agricultural Water Rate Task Force. Steven's dedication to Riverside extends to his personal life as well. He married his high school sweetheart, Lexie Robillard, in 2015, and together they are proud parents to their son, Logan.

It was great joining the Aquamotion Ability Foundation at Shamel Park Pool for its annual Aquathon! 🏊‍♂️

Programs like these play an important role in helping our seniors stay active, connected, and engaged while promoting their overall health and well-being.

Thank you to Aquamotion, its volunteers, and everyone who helped make this year’s event a success!

This morning, I joined more than 50 volunteers at the Magnolia Center cleanup as they came together and braved the heat to beautify neighborhoods across Ward 3.

Volunteering is one of the simplest ways we can invest in the places we call home and strengthen our sense of community. Thank you to everyone who gave their time to help keep Ward 3 clean and beautiful!

It was a pleasure joining the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce to celebrate Provident Bank’s 70th anniversary and recognize their longstanding commitment to Riverside. 🎉

For seven decades, Provident has been a fixture along the Central and Magnolia corridor and an important part of our community.

Congratulations to the entire Provident Bank team on this incredible milestone! 👏

🇺🇸 Today, we remember September 11, 2001, and the nearly 3,000 lives lost that day 25 years ago.
We remember the families who lost loved ones, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the many people whose lives were forever changed.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to honor their courage, sacrifice, and memory. May we never forget the strength and compassion that emerged in the days that followed, and the importance of standing together as a community.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Today during our City Council meeting, we recognized September as Deaf Awareness Month. This month provides an additional opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments and contributions of Riverside’s Deaf and hard-of-hearing community, while also reminding us of the importance of accessibility, inclusion, and understanding.

Ward 3 is proud to be home to the California School for the Deaf, Riverside, an institution that has been an important part of our community for more than 70 years. CSDR provides students with opportunities to learn, build community, develop leadership skills, explore careers, and prepare for their futures.

We were honored to welcome CSDR students and staff, along with members of the Riverside Commission of the Deaf, to today’s meeting to receive the proclamation.

Thank you to CSDR, the Commission of the Deaf, and the many educators, advocates, families, and community members who work every day to strengthen our community and help ensure Riverside is a place where everyone has the opportunity to learn, lead, work, and thrive.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our most recent Ward 3 Community Conversations at the Riverside Airport!

It was a great evening of updates and discussion with representatives from the Airport, Riverside Police Department, Code Enforcement, and Public Works. We also welcomed Interim City Manager Tom Hatch and heard an update on traffic safety and the Citywide Vision Zero Action Plan.

Our next Ward 3 Community Conversations will be Thursday, November 5 at Church on the Hill. I look forward to seeing you there!
