Some birthdays feel personal.
This one feels shared.
On Thursday, March 26, we’re coming together to celebrate Supervisor José Medina — not just another year, but the work, the persistence, and the steady leadership he brings to our community every single day.
If you’ve ever sat across the table from him while he listened carefully to a concern…
If you’ve watched him take on hard issues without backing down…
If you believe District 1 deserves thoughtful, principled leadership…
This evening is for you.
It will feel less like a fundraiser and more like gathering with people who care about the same future. Good conversation. Familiar faces. A moment to celebrate the man behind the title.
Join us at Soboba Casino Resort at 5:30 PM.
Let’s show up for him the way he shows up for Riverside County.
(Details and support information are available through the QR code on the invitation.)

Last week, I was recognized by the Monday Morning Group with the President's Award for outstanding leadership and community service. In my ten years in the State Legislature, it has been an honor to have authored legislation and secured state funds for our region.

Thank you to the Citizens University Committee at UC Riverside for the recognition. It has been an honor to represent UC Riverside and the neighboring communities. Since my first term in the legislature, I have been able to secure over $200 million in State Funding for UCR including the initial $15 million of full and continuous funding for the School of Medicine.
