The first floor and mezzanines received a facelift, with new kitchens, lighting, and exposed brick walls. The renovation reflects the meat market era with the clean white tiles and concrete floors, while a bright, open, airy central garden in the middle of the first floor provides a welcoming eating environment for dining patrons. The third floor of the City Market Building houses a premier Downtown event venue, Charter Hall. Capable of holding up to 500 people standing and 250 people seated, Charter Hall is a well appointed room with sophisticated styling and state of the art amenities.
