The CDL driver shortage struggle is real! Recycling service schedules are temporarily adjusted as crews prioritize operational resources. We’re proud to provide the region’s only public curbside trash, bulk, brush and recycling pickup service and apologize for the inconvenience caused by delays.
The target date to resume regular recycling collection is Monday, April 20, 2026.
To meet that goal, deliver low-cost curbside services, and ensure trash, bulk and brush pickup runs as regularly scheduled:
Crews work Fridays and Saturdays
Staff augmentation efforts are underway
Recycling drop-off convenience sites are in development
Pitch in your support as we work toward restoring your regular service levels by using recycling drop-off bins at Tinker Creek Transfer Station, 1020 Hollins Rd., Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. -1 p.m.
