Just a little good news and update on the rescue dog from the incident awhile back at Jacks restaurant. The dog has been adopted and re-homed with a family in New Hampshire. His name is “Cliff”, and by the included pictures the family sent, he is having the time of his life.

Good Evening!

My name is Madison and my fiancé is Sean. We wanted to reach out to share our appreciation to your police department for rescuing a dog back in July. The dog’s original name was “Grock” and was the one caught being abused on camera on July 17th. We wanted to update you on how he is doing!

He now goes by Cliff and is the happiest and healthiest little boy! He is about to be 6 months old and we have officially adopted him at the end of August! He now lives in New Hampshire and will spend the rest of his life going on countless adventures and being our bestfriend!

None of this could have happened without your department taking cases like this seriously. We appreciate everything you guys do even from afar!

With all the Appreciation in the World,
Madison, Sean, and Cliff 🐾
