Martinsville's Community Recovery Program shared with us information about a specific group of artists in the Martinsville/Henry County area that are taking a stand against violence and sharing a message of hope. The group, Positive Elevation Movement - or PEM - is comprised of males and females from various racial groups and ethnicities who are frustrated with the senseless violence in their communities.
