THIS WEEK AT CROSS

What a great start to Wednesday Night Ministries! Last week we fed about 40 people and had kids, families, volunteers, and members of our community together for dinner, learning, fellowship, and worship. Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen!

BUILDING USE UPDATE

Virtue School will no longer be meeting at Cross on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We wanted to share the change since we had previously announced their use of the building.

We had a wonderful Sunday celebrating our Back-to-School & Life Transitions Blessing. Thank you to everyone who joined us as we prayed for our students, teachers, school staff, families, and all those beginning something new this fall.

Coming October 4 — Rise & Shine!

Our new Rise & Shine Family Worship begins Sunday, October 4 at 7:00 a.m. This short, relaxed, family-friendly worship is a chance for families to begin Sunday together with music, Scripture, prayer, and a message. Rise & Shine will be held on the first and third Sundays of each month.

Trunk or Treat — We Need Trunks!

Trunk or Treat is coming up, and we need people to decorate their trunks and help make this a fun event for our kids and community!

Your trunk can be as simple or creative as you want. Grab some candy, decorate your vehicle, and come join the fun.

• Quilting meets Wednesdays.
• Open AA and Al-Anon meetings continue each week.
• Virtue Academy uses Cross classrooms Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• We are still looking for people interested in helping with adult Bible study, a Wednesday evening book club, and other small groups.
