We would like to thank everyone who stopped by to visit with our Baldwin County 9-1-1 team yesterday at the Firefighter's Festival hosted by the Magnolia Springs Fire Department!

We had such a great time getting out into the community, meeting so many wonderful people, and sharing a little about what we do behind the scenes at Baldwin County 9-1-1.

Events like these give us the opportunity to connect with the citizens we proudly serve each day. We always enjoy meeting members of our community and giving them the opportunity to get to know the people behind the headsets!

A special thank you to the Magnolia Springs Fire Department for hosting such a wonderful community event and allowing us to be a part of it!

We appreciate everyone who came out and helped make the day so enjoyable!

We would like to extend a special thank you to Coastal Alabama Community College for inviting our Baldwin County 9-1-1 team members to participate in their Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) training yesterday!

This training provided a valuable opportunity for students, our dispatchers, and neighboring public safety agencies to come together, learn from one another, and strengthen the teamwork and communication needed during a large-scale emergency.

Training alongside our fellow first responders helps us better understand each other's roles and prepares us to work together when our community needs us most.

Thank you again to Coastal Alabama Community College for including us in this great training opportunity and for helping prepare our future first responders!

A Special Thank You to Our Headset Heroes! ❤️🎧

We would like to take a moment to recognize some of our amazing dispatchers who, after hearing about a need in our community following Hurricane Isaias, stepped up to help without hesitation!
After working long hours during the hurricane, these individuals used their first available day off after their workweek to give back. This morning, they joined forces with MedStar to assist one of our local residents with cleaning up storm debris.

What makes this even more special is that several of our dispatchers also work with MedStar. It is wonderful to see these individuals working side by side, whether it's on an ambulance, behind a dispatch console, or out in the community lending a helping hand. No matter which role they are serving in, their dedication to helping others never stops.

Being a public servant is about so much more than the job you do while on the clock. It's about having a heart for the community you serve and being willing to step up when someone needs help.

To our Headset Heroes, THANK YOU for a job well done, not only on the dispatch floor during the storm but also outside of work when our citizens needed you most!

We are so proud of you and grateful to have such caring and dedicated individuals as part of our Baldwin County 9-1-1 family! ❤️
