Lt. Gen. Paul Fast, commander of Air Force Reserve Command, has outlined five priorities that focus our Reserve force on readiness, people, stewardship, and the future.

FM professionals deliver timely, accurate financial support that helps ensure Airmen and units are ready to deploy, train, and execute worldwide missions.

We invest in our people through deliberate development, training, mentorship, and opportunities that strengthen both technical expertise and leadership.

🛡️ Preserve and protect our Reservists’ ability to serve
FM supports Reservists by helping deliver reliable pay, travel, entitlements, and fiscal services—allowing Airmen to focus on their service and mission.

💼 Fiercely manage and execute our resources
Sound fiscal stewardship is at the core of FM. We remain accountable for every dollar, ensuring resources are aligned to readiness and mission priorities.

🔮 Curate a Reserve force of the future
FM will continue modernizing processes, developing adaptable Airmen, and finding smarter ways to provide decision-quality financial information to leaders.

The FM community is essential to building a ready, resilient, and capable Air Force Reserve—today and for the future.

The Pentagon has officially transitioned to the new WarU learning platform and launched Version 2 of the FM Certification Program curriculum!

Leaders & Supervisors: Please ensure everyone in your organization has archived their records before legacy access is permanently disabled.

URGENT: To safeguard your hard-earned career milestones, all DAF FM personnel (Civilian, Enlisted, and Officer) must log into the legacy FM LMS before it permanently sunsets on 29 September 2026.

Before the cutoff, please make sure you:

· Download your Official FM Certification Certificate (these will NOT transfer to WarU).

· Export your Initial Certification & CET Scorecards to serve as your verified personal backup.

· Save Course Completion Certificates from the last 5 years.

AFRC/FM had the opportunity to attend the Assumption of Command ceremony for our new Chief of the Air Force Reserve and Commander, Air Force Reserve Command, Lt. Gen. Paul R. Fast.

SMSgt Ruth Maine and Ms. Joani Rainey were honored to attend the ceremony and welcome Lt. Gen. Fast and his wife, Suzanne, as they begin this exciting new chapter of leadership for the Air Force Reserve.🇺🇸

Our Air Force Reserve Financial Management professionals recently completed Diamond Saber, the DoD's premier joint-service financial management exercise.

Operating in rugged field environments, our FM warriros trained alongside Army and Marine Corps partners to manage warfighting funds, process combat pay, and ensure financial readiness under simulated tactical conditions.
