Learning, Laughter & Lots of Fun at Lotspeich Elementary!

The Robstown Police Department had a great time visiting the Lotspeich Elementary Pre-K students!

Our officers spent time talking with the students about officer safety equipment, what officers use, carry, and wear while doing their jobs, and how that equipment helps keep our officers and community safe.

We also had a very special guest join us… Donald Duck! The students were of course very excited to meet Donald, take pictures, and enjoy some fun with our officers.

A huge THANK YOU to the Lotspeich Elementary Pre-K students and staff for welcoming us! We love opportunities like this to connect with our youngest community members and help build positive relationships between children and law enforcement. ❤️👮‍♂️👮‍♀️

🏈 Homecoming Parade 2026! 🏈

What a great evening in Robstown! The Robstown Police Department was proud to be part of the Homecoming Parade and celebrate alongside our community.

The Robstown Police Department was proud to join our friends Robstown ISD, the Robstown ISD Police Department, Robstown Fire Department, Nueces County Constable’s Office, and Nueces County Sheriff’s Office for this year’s Homecoming Parade. It was wonderful to see our community come together to support our students, staff, athletes, families, and the Robstown Cotton Pickers!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to line the streets, cheer, wave, and share in the Homecoming spirit! Your support and school pride make events like this so special.
We were honored to be there alongside our fellow public safety partners, helping make the celebration safe, fun, and memorable for everyone.

On October 7, 2026, the Robstown Police Department’s Organized Crime Unit received information regarding a stolen recreational vehicle (RV) believed to be located at a residence off County Road 77.

Detectives assigned to the Robstown Police Department’s Organized Crime Unit and Criminal Investigations Division responded to the location with members of the Uniformed Patrol Division and the Nueces County Constable’s Office, Precinct 5. Officers located and recovered the RV at the residence.

The investigation determined that the RV had been reported stolen to the Corpus Christi Police Department in February 2026. The RV was inventoried and released to a local wrecker service pending its return to the rightful owner.

The Robstown Police Department would like to thank the Nueces County Constable’s Office, Precinct 5, and the Corpus Christi Police Department Auto Theft Task Force for their assistance and continued cooperation.

This recovery demonstrates the value of communication and cooperation among local law enforcement agencies in locating stolen property and returning it to its rightful owner.

TONIGHT!!!

10/01/2026

Robstown, we apologize for the inconvenience; however, this is an event that is out of our hands. Last week a trash truck snapped our phone lines, and our phone vendor, Frontier, was called immediately. Unfortunately, Frontier still has not repaired our lines. This is absolutely unacceptable and will be addressed.

Please be patient if you call and do not receive a quick answer. Our incredible dispatchers are working hard to answer and dispatch every call.

Thank you,

Chief Tamez
