This week is National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, and we want to shine a light on the voices you hear but rarely see.
The dispatchers and 911 operators at the Rochester-Monroe County 911 Center are who serve as the first connection in moments that matter most. Their ability to manage critical incidents, coordinate resources, and remain composed under pressure.
You are an invaluable resource to our crews, our safety and our day to day operations.
Thank you for all you do to support our patients, partners and team members.
