We commenced our spring activities by planting seeds today. Theresa kindly offered her professional guidance and helped us launch our project. The morning was filled with great company, engaging conversation and a sense of accomplishment. A notable aspect was naming our plants, such as Magic, Gloria, Corrine, May and Doc.

Today we gathered together, enjoying great conversation while putting together a balloon puzzle. The room was filled with laughter, shared stories, and those simple moments that turn into lasting memories.

On a cool day, there’s nothing better than sitting with friends, working on something fun, and just enjoying each other’s company. 🎈

With heavy hearts but cherished memories, we gathered today at the café to honor our dear friend, Ed Amico

Thank you to everyone who came out, shared kind words, and celebrated the life of such a wonderful man. Your presence meant so much and was a true reflection of the impact he had on all of us.

Ed will be deeply missed, but his spirit, kindness, and the memories we hold will remain with us always. He will forever be in our thoughts and prayers. ❤️

We had a blast celebrating with warm peach cobbler (yes, with ice cream 😋) and plenty of green goodies! Amazing company, great music, and our incredible team working together like a well-oiled machine made the day extra special. 💚✨

✨ Women’s History Month Craft Fun! ✨

In honor of Women’s History Month, we got creative with a craft inspired by Rosie the Riveter! 💪❤️ Our March craft was decorating bandanas just like Rosie’s iconic style — but of course, we added our own sparkle.

Our group had so much fun blinging out our bandanas with gems, color, and personality. Each one turned out unique and beautiful, just like the amazing women who made them!

It was a wonderful way to celebrate the strength, creativity, and history of women while enjoying lots of laughs and good company.

On this day in Black History, we visited a women-owned boutique in the city and received a warm welcome. We were treated to an exclusive shopping experience and later shared light refreshments together. The time we spent was truly extraordinary, and we appreciate Connie. Women of Color International

Today, Kelly from the American Heart Association presented at the Wolk Cafe, clarifying the differences between heart attacks and cardiac arrests. We also gained insight into identifying stroke symptoms and practiced CPR techniques. Thank you, Kelly, for equipping us with life-saving skills.

Love was truly in the room at our Valentine’s Day party! ❤️ We enjoyed delicious food, wonderful music, exciting raffles, dancing, and lots of sweet goodies. Most importantly, we shared laughter, smiles, and so much joy together.
Days like this remind us how special our community is and how much we truly care for one another. This is always one of our favorite celebrations of the year because we believe in leading with love in everything we do.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so memorable. The happiness in the room was simply unforgettable! 💕
