We are thrilled to recognize Cornerstone VNA in Rochester, New Hampshire, for their outstanding commitment to the mission of Pet Peace of Mind!

A valued partner since 2016, Cornerstone VNA has gone above and beyond to support hospice patients and their beloved pets. Over the past year alone, their dedicated team helped 25 hospice patients and 39 pets, providing everything from pet food and veterinary care to grooming, transportation, and rehoming assistance.

What makes their program so special is the compassion and teamwork behind it. Through dedicated volunteers, caring staff, and strong community partnerships, Cornerstone ensures that pets remain an important part of their patients' circle of care.

If you are a family caregiver caring for a loved one, or know someone in the North Hampton area who is, we invite you to join us. Our Caregiver Café is a welcoming opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, find support, and spend time with people who understand the caregiving journey.
