A full menu created and prepared by one of our Culinary Arts students. 🍽️

As students near the end of their time in REOC’s Culinary Arts program, they complete a Senior Culinary Showcase, creating their own menu and preparing a full meal for their classmates to enjoy.

For her showcase, Autumn served:
- Sparkling Pear & White Tea Spritz
- Fried Eggplant Sticks with Marinara
- Chicken French with Mashed Potatoes & Haricots Verts
- French Apple Tart

The showcase gives each student the opportunity to take the lead in the kitchen and share a menu that reflects what they’ve developed throughout the program.

Congratulations to Autumn on completing her Senior Culinary Showcase! 👏
