Congratulations to three Starbridge colleagues on an exciting leadership milestone!
Maggie Dillard and Leilanis Mollina have completed the 2026 United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes Latina Leadership Development Program (LLDP), and Julie Hartfield has completed the 2026 African American Leadership Development Program (AALDP).
Their commitment to growth reflects something we value at Starbridge: making time to learn, building relationships beyond our own organization, and bringing those experiences back to the work we do every day. We’re proud to support opportunities that elevate diverse voices and help our staff grow as leaders within Starbridge and throughout our community.
Please join us in celebrating Maggie, Leilanis, and Julie!
The 2026 LLDP and AALDP classes have completed their program, and what a way to close it out.
This final week our cohorts turned the lens outward, exploring community leadership and what it means to get involved in the work already being done around us. They stepped up as leaders and presenters themselves, sharing their vision for how we can deepen our impact in this community and plug into the work that already needs them.
But beyond the sessions and the topics and the conversations, what stood out most was this: our participants walked away knowing more about themselves, their abilities, and what they are truly capable of as leaders.
You were already leading. This was your launching pad. Now go stand firm, shine bright, and guide your community.
Congratulations to the 2026 LLDP and AALDP classes. We are proud of you.
