🎃📚 Things got a little creative in the Media Center!

Our October Challenge had teams putting their creativity to the test by designing their very own Book Character Pumpkins! Students got to vote for their favorite designs, and we loved seeing all the creativity on display! 🍂

A BIG thank-you to Mrs. Johnson-Neal and Mrs. Ellison for organizing and running this fun competition! We also appreciate Cherry Place Farm and Fort Mill Pumpkin Patch for helping make it possible!

Our Wildcats definitely brought their favorite book characters to life! 🐾

🏈⭐ WILDCATS REPRESENTING THE TRAIL! ⭐🏈

Eight of our STMS 8th Grade Football players have been selected to participate in the Middle School Blitz All-Star Game, hosted by the High School Blitz organization!

This showcase brings together some of the top middle school football talent from across the state, and we are excited to see our Wildcats represented!

📚🍂 A Night Full of Literacy, Creativity, and Community! 🍂📚

STMS had a wonderful time celebrating literacy at our Fall Literacy Night on October 22nd! The evening featured literacy-based activities, games, and displays created by our staff and students.

A highlight of the night was our Open Mic Night, featuring poetry from Rock Hill Poet Laureate Carlo L’Chelle Dawson, along with talented STMS staff and student poets! 🎤✨ Guests also enjoyed shopping our Fall Scholastic Book Fair and connecting with community partners, including the York County Library.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the evening a success! We loved seeing our school and community come together, and we can’t wait for the next one! 💙💛

🏆 COUNTY CHAMPIONS! 🏆

That’s a wrap on an incredible season! Congratulations to our Wildcats 7th Grade Football Team on bringing home the 2026 York County Athletic Conference Championship! 💙💛

The Wildcats took down York last night with a 20–6 victory, showing exactly what it means to play as ONE team! The teamwork, determination, and selflessness these young men displayed all season made this championship one to celebrate!

A huge shout-out to our coaches for their leadership and dedication and to our players for putting in the work, trusting one another, and giving it their all!

WAY TO GO, WILDCATS! You earned this one! 🏆🐾
