Spoiler: David's favorite spot at the Cotton Factory isn't his office. It's the old boilers that have been preserved just outside the building.

They serve as a reminder of the generations of people who worked here before us and the story this building continues to tell. From the days when the mill was powered by coal to the businesses that now call Cotton Factory HQ home, these boilers connect the past with the present.
