Safe Baby Court: A Community Coming Together 💙

Today I had the privilege of attending the first Safe Baby Court Stakeholders Luncheon at Prater's BBQ's brand-new location, and what a success it was!

Congratulations to Judge Ryan J. Moore on an excellent turnout. The place was full of Warren County leaders who share his vision of giving our most vulnerable community members every chance at a good and happy life, built on a strong family foundation free from addiction and abuse.

I was so proud of the strong showing from our WCRP members, both elected officials and volunteers. Showing up for our community's children is exactly what we should be doing!

A special shout-out to Annabella Culwell, our 2025 Fairest of the Fair, for her amazing work raising awareness for CASA and Safe Baby Court, during her reign and long after crowning the 2026 Fairest. Her heart for these children is truly inspiring.

Thank you to all the agencies and community members who made today possible. This was the first of many luncheons, and the future of Safe Baby Court in Warren County is bright!

And congratulations to Gary Prater on his gorgeous new location. Y'all go see him for lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed! 🍖

Thank you all for every effort made to contact our elected representatives and express our need to keep the McMinnville VA open! Thanks to Congressman DesJarlais and Secretary Collins for working to ensure we don’t lose local care for our veterans for the foreseeable future. However, we encourage all our page followers to continue to contact our elected representatives and express the importance of keeping this clinic open, permanently.

Today, I met with Secretary Collins and discussed plans to keep the McMinnville VA Clinic open for the foreseeable future under VA management and staff.

“I am proud of the joint effort put forth by my office and Secretary Collins’ office to keep the McMinnville VA Clinic open for the foreseeable future. This is great news for the veterans of Tennessee’s Fourth Congressional District. I want to thank my constituents for their patience and perseverance over the last few months. Together, we have respectfully and relentlessly drawn attention to the importance of this rural healthcare facility. Thank you to Secretary Collins and his team for working with us to come up with a solution to not only keep the clinic open but improve the level of care for all its patients.”

The WCRP was well represented at tonight’s fundraiser for Pregnancy Care Center of McMinnville TN. Chairman Lynesa Bell and WC Republican Women, TN President, Stacey Hart were honored to attend and learn all about the wonderful work this exceptional nonprofit organization has accomplished this year. As the PRO-LIFE party, we fully support organizations like PCCM, who provide so much for women who find themselves in unexpected and difficult circumstances.
