As a new school year begins, let's help our students have a safe and healthy year.
Vapes and ni****ne pouches might look harmless, but they have serious consequences. Ni****ne can worsen mood disorders like depression and anxiety, and for teens, it can cause lasting changes in the brain, including problems with memory, processing speed, and impulse control.
This school year, keep an eye out for signs your child might be struggling or experimenting with ni****ne products. Open conversations and early support can make a difference.

Get ready for the new school year by taking care of your health! Join us next Friday, August 14th, at the Falling Creek Back to School Bash for a 100% FREE wellness screening for adults, including lab work.

Since it is National Prediabetes Day, we are checking A1C blood sugar levels to help you catch risks early. An elevated A1C can signal prediabetes, which can often be reversed with simple lifestyle changes before it turns into type 2 diabetes.

We look forward to seeing you there next Friday from 9am - 1pm!
