Sacramento Fire is seeking motivated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join this innovative, community-based healthcare initiative at the forefront of Emergency Medical Services and public health transformation.

This role will provide high-impact, patient-centered care directly in the community. MIH members will treat low-acuity and pain-related conditions, monitor patients in managed care plans, provide Medication-Assisted Treatment, and engage with our high-utilizers to reduce avoidable emergency department and EMS utilization.
