When you support Sierra PTC, you’re investing directly in our students. Funds raised throughout the year help support classroom learning, academic intervention, Spanish instruction, arts enrichment, school assemblies, PBIS rewards, teacher appreciation, family events, field trip scholarships, and special 6th grade activities.

Students will get to pick out FREE books for summer reading during our Summer Book Swap, and 🎉 SNOWIE KING will be there serving delicious shaved ice during the entire event! 🙌

Come hang out with friends, enjoy a Snowie, grab some great summer reads, and celebrate the start of summer together. We can’t wait to see our Sierra families there! 💙

💚 May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

As parents and caregivers, we all want to support the emotional well-being of our children as they grow and navigate today’s world. One topic that continues to spark important conversations is the impact of smartphones and social media on childhood development and mental health.

This month, we’re sharing resources and information to help raise awareness and encourage thoughtful conversations around screen time, social media, and age-appropriate technology use. Every family is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach — our goal is simply to provide information and support as families make the choices that work best for them.

Small changes and intentional habits can help create more opportunities for connection, play, rest, and healthy development. 💚

📖 Have books to donate? We are now accepting gently used book donations in the school office through May 29th!

🐄🍟 Chick-fil-A Spirit Night is THIS Tuesday! (TOMORROW)🎉

Take the night off from cooking and join us from 5:00–8:00 PM for a fun Dine & Donate event supporting our Sierra Sharks! 💙

✨ Special surprise! The Chick-fil-A Cow will be on campus at 2:45 PM on Tuesday for a fun visit and photo opportunity with students! Be sure to say hi and snap a picture! 📸🐮

Enjoy dinner with other Sierra families while supporting our school — 20% of event proceeds will come back to Sierra!

Be sure to stop by our PTC table for Plinko and opportunity drawing tickets — every Plinko player wins a prize! 🦈✨

We are also looking for a few volunteers to help run Plinko and assist at the PTC table during the event. Volunteer shifts are only 30 minutes long, and even one shift helps tremendously!

The best part? Shifts are only 30 minutes long! 🙌
It’s an easy and fun way to support our Sierra Sharks while hanging out with our amazing school community.
