We were thrilled to welcome members of the Maine Association of REALTORS to our Compass Point build site in Rockport for a day of hands-on volunteering!

The Maine Association of REALTORS® Foundation has been a generous supporter of Midcoast Habitat through its affordable housing grants, and it was wonderful to have REALTORS out on the job site helping us build homes, community, and brighter futures for local families.

We’re proud to help spread the word about Come Down From Up River, a special benefit for United Midcoast Charities at the Camden Opera House on October 23 & 24.

Much of the play turns on a simple question: when someone needs a safe place to land, will another person make room? Beneath the comedy is a story about housing, belonging and the difference one secure place can make.

100% of the show’s profits will be donated to United Midcoast Charities to support the local organizations it funds.

We were so excited to accept a generous donation from Sail Away Maine Realty & Property Management, Inc. made possible through the recent sale of our wonderful volunteer Mary’s home.

Sail Away Maine is making giving back part of the way they do business, with a program that allows sellers to support local nonprofits and community organizations through their home sale. We love seeing a local real estate agency build philanthropy right into its work and hope it inspires others to find creative ways to give back to the communities they serve!
