We are so thankful that Smoke Sessions has donated and jumped in to help with this event! Our community partners are amazing and the reason that Rockwall County is so dang special!

We’ll see y’all on Saturday!

There are times when good barbecue matters, and times when community matters so much more.

This Saturday is one of those times.
Dylan and Caitie Louis recently suffered every parent’s worst nightmare with the tragic loss of their sweet 2-year-old daughter, Macie Mae. Dylan has dedicated his life to serving others as a local first responder, and now it’s our turn to step up for his family.

As much as we love having you at our pits every Saturday, there is another smoker firing up in Rockwall this weekend for a much bigger reason. We would love nothing more than to see this entire community show up, pack the line, and wrap the Louis family in support.

Benefit Details:
* When: Saturday, August 29th | 12:00 PM until sold out
* Where: 809 S Goliad St, Rockwall, TX
* Menu: Ribs, Chicken, & Sausage plates ($20 per plate)

Can’t make it in person? You can still support directly:
* Venmo: Dylan-t-Louis
* Cash App: dylanlouis0502
* GoFundMe: https://gofund.me/2c2d782ee

Every plate bought, every donation sent, and every share helps ease the burden on this family. Let’s show up big for them.

Two Calls, Two Days Apart, Two Patients Saved.

Both of these patients walked out of the hospital with ZERO DEFICITS after Cardiac Arrest. These two patients are a fraction of the Cardiac Arrest patients that our crews have saved that have been able to walk out of the hospital this year alone!

Congratulations to some of our amazing paramedics, Josh Farmer, Ryan Wagner, Tan Dau, and Jeff Scott.

We cannot express enough how proud we are of these crews and this program! The patients served by Rockwall County EMS are getting the best care and are having amazing outcomes!

Strong Work Guys!

On February 14th, Rockwall County EMS Medic 1, Medic 80 supervisor unit and Rockwall FD Engine 3 responded to a Cardiac Arrest at a local golf course.

On arrival, Fire and EMS crews utilized golf carts to get to the patient rapidly to begin lifesaving measures. Days later, the patient was discharged home with their family.

All paramedics and firefighters involved in the patient care were recognized with life-saving awards for their exceptional decisive actions that positively affected saving the life of a patient.

We are very proud of the well trained, professional paramedics of our organization.
