IMPORTANT: Early Dismissal Friday, October 16

Whitfield County Schools will dismiss students early this Friday, October 16, due to President Trump's visit to our area. Several roads are expected to be blocked during afternoon bus routes, which will impact traffic throughout our community.

Elementary schools will dismiss at 11:00 a.m. Middle and high schools will dismiss at noon.

Students will be provided grab-and-go lunches to take home with them at dismissal.

Evening events and afterschool care will continue as scheduled.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make these adjustments to help ensure a smooth dismissal for our students and families!
